I have only had great experiences with this place over the years. They have done a wonderful job with my window tinting on 2 of my cars. They took the time to talk me through the options and pros/cons of the different kinds and tints. very low pressure sales. And both times they've done it they finished up sooner than they estimated and were very professional talking me through the care instructions. This last time, as I was checking out they proactively asked if I had a groupon. I said I didn't but that I could pull it up online. He said I should definitely do that and waited for me to get it purchased so I could use it to save money on my purchase. I thought that was really impressive customer service. he didn't have to provide me that information and I didn't know about the coupon, but he advised me and saved me $60.

I purchased a new vehicle this week, and before driving it anywhere else, took it to The Specialists on Speedway for window tinting. I have used The Specialists for many years and they never disappoint. I have a 95 firebird, huge back window, i got quotes from around town for window tint, not only did i get the best price but the best quality of tint, i have a lifetime warranty i had no idea you could warranty tint but it is. The tint started to bubble because I had it done in the winter and I was advised by the salesman to not worry if it bubbles because it means the heat of the Sun to help set and the fact that my back window was so big but I took it right in and they fixed it no problem.

These guys did a great job on the company car which needed window tinting. They worked with my lease plan, the customer service was amazing and they did a great job. The tint was perfect. They even took my car to the carwash to clean it up before I picked it up.
